Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Duties will include:
* Respond to guest enquiries and manage holiday bookings across platforms
* Provide accurate information on properties, locations, and availability
* Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and payments
* Support guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure a positive experience
* Process guest payments, refunds, and security deposits accurately
* Arrivals, Departures and Cancellations list Property & Owner Liaison
* Communicate with property owners regarding bookings and guest feedback
* Assist with property updates, availability, and presentation standards Social Media & Marketing Support
* Create and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
* Promote properties, seasonal offers, availability, and local attractions
* Assist with taking property photos and short videos for social media use
* Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and company guidelines
* Respond to basic social media enquiries and direct them to the booking team Operations & Administration
* Maintain accurate booking and guest records
* Update calendars, pricing, and property information
* Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams as required
Skills required:
* Experience within sales and customer service.
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
* Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
* Be responsive to change.
