HR Services Manager Nottingham Hybrid (3 days on-site) Full time (with flexibility) Up to £36,000 Our client are a leading brand going through an exciting period of growth and they are looking for a HR professional to lead a small team of HR Service Officers. The purpose of this role is to drive service excellence leading and coaching a small team of HR Service Officers with duties including: Responsibility to managing, updating and re-writing policies and procedures inline with employment law legislative changes Provide monthly insights by producing reports on key HR metrics Act as subject matter expert for all things relating to employment law and legislation changes Monitor service levels and proactively manage any underperforming areas Coach and develop team members This is permanent position with hybrid working (3 days on-site) and ideally is a full time position Monday to Friday with flexibility to work a minimum of 30 hours between 8am and 6pm. The ideal candidate for this role does not need previous line management experience but must be an expert in employment law and have experience in writing, amending and updating policy documents in line with legislative changes. You will be a natural leader with excellent coaching and development skills and be able to lead a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement. A CIPD qualification is desired but not essential if considerable experience can be demonstrated and a willingness to work towards a qualification funded by the organisation. You will have prior experience working with MI data producing insight on key HR metrics and be able to provide ideas for change and improvement.
