Clinical Director Opportunity at a Well-Established Veterinary Practice
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director to join a long-established, RCVS-accredited veterinary practice with multiple branches across Essex. You will be based in their practice in Bury St Edmunds. This role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team and contribute to the growth and ongoing success of the practice.
The Role:
This position involves working across all three well-equipped sites, situated in picturesque countryside locations. The Clinical Director will play a key role in shaping the practice, working collaboratively with the team to enhance both clinical excellence and the working environment.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated Clinical Director to lead a well-established practice, drive clinical standards, and be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team.
Hours:
* Full-time: 4 days per week (40 hours)
* Weekday Evenings: Inpatient duties only (no client calls)
* Weekend Work: Saturday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Sunday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (with a Friday off the following week)
* Additional remuneration is provided for out-of-hours work and second on-call weekend duties.
