Key Requirements
7. Proven experience working as a Chef Manager or in a senior kitchen role
8. Experience within education, contract catering, or high-volume catering environments (preferred)
9. Strong leadership and team management skills
10. A good understanding of food safety, allergen management, and health & safety regulations
11. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
12. Flexibility to work ongoing, long-term assignments
