The Graduate Marketing Executive position at Systal is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creative graduate to launch their marketing career in a global B2B technology environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting campaign execution, digital engagement, content creation, and internal communications—contributing directly to brand visibility and lead generation. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals in Marketing, Sales, and Delivery, developing your skills in a fast-moving, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with planning and executing marketing campaigns.
* Creating and updating content across the website, social media, and sales materials.
* Supporting the organisation and logistics of events, from promotion to follow-up.
* Conducting competitor and market research to support strategic decisions.
* Analysing campaign data and preparing performance reports.
* Maintaining CRM and marketing automation tools.
* Collaborating with teams across Sales, Delivery, and HR.
Key Requirements
* Recent graduate in Marketing or a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative.
* Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Mailchimp).
* Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology.
