Staffpower Group are delighted to be working with our client who are looking for motivated and results-driven Telephone Sales Representatives to join their growing sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients in a business to business setting to pitch their products and services whilst providing excellent customer support. Main Duties: Pitching and Sales Generation: · Engage confidently with potential customers with compelling pitches about their products and services. · Employ active listening to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. · Generate qualified bookings for field-based account managers. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: · Establish and nurture rapport with prospects to provide exceptional sales service. · Provide tailored quotations to meet the unique needs of each customer. · Offer effective solutions to address customer pain points. Database Management: · Accurately update customer and sales databases using our tracking system. ✅ About You: · Previous sales experience and/or call centre experience in a B2B environment. · Comfortable with making persuasive sales calls and closing deals. · Self-confident, customer-focused, and results-oriented. · Thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment. · Excellent communication skills.
