Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Associate Solicitor (at least 5-years PQE) located in our Manchester Office. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential property transactions and ideally will have a small following of clients and referrers.
Qualifications
* A qualified solicitor (at least 5-years PQE) with a valid practising certificate
* Demonstrated experience in handling residential property transactions
* Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and legal regulations
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
* Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Demonstrates commercial awareness with a keen interest in business development
* Will have a small following of clients and referrers.
* Will assist with the supervision of junior members of the team
