About The Role..
This position is responsible for developing the Salarylease product and proposition including associated implementation and in-life operational processes. This role focuses on product and business development, including, advancing the product to a market-leading position, creating and implementing processes for implementation and in-life management, identifying partnerships particularly through high-volume SME channels.
Tasks And Responsibilities..
* Drive product delivery and growth through ensuring the successful launch and expansion of a market-leading traditional salary sacrifice product, complimenting SG Fleet's Novalease offering.
* Takes full ownership of the Salarylease product, continuously assessing competitive strengths and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Build and execute strategies to penetrate the SME segment (50 - 1,000 employees), generating inbound enquiries through benefit providers and high-volume industries such as accounting and banking. Establish and manage partnership agreements with key stakeholders.
* Develop streamlined sales and onboarding processes tailored to a high -volume, light-touch model. Ensure the product is delivered as an 'off-the-shelf' solution, primarily through digital channels.
* Support business acquisition through converting introduced leads into new schemes, driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base.
Skills And Experience..
* Self-motivated, demonstrating resilience, compliance, and a strong work ethic in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Previous experience in reviewing and optimising processes.
* Strong communication skills, evidencing competency is both oral and written communication, as well as analytical and numerical abilities.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to team success, balancing independence with collaboration.
* Attention to detail, ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proactive and proven experience in managing complex and challenging situations.
* Experience in internal and external senior stakeholder management.
* Experience in identifying and implementing partnership / introducer relationships.
* Previous experience of product development, including taking a new product to market.
* Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing (desirable)
