Our client in the Dungannon area require a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across the business. Youll play a key role in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent aligned with company goals and values. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements Write and post job adverts Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and conduct initial assessments Manage candidate communication and provide feedback Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding Build talent pipelines and support internal progression Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment law What Were Looking For Proven recruitment experience (in-house or agency) Strong communication and organisational skills Experience with ATS or HR systems Knowledge of employment law and best practices CIPD qualification (desirable) Benefits: Paid Holidays Parking Pension Fund
