4D Planner opening – Manchester based, hybrid, with travel to Nort West UK client sites, paying up to £75,000 benefits. We are recruiting an experienced 4D Planner to support the delivery of complex, high-profile construction projects within a digitally driven environment. This role is ideal for a planner who enjoys turning programmes into clear, visual construction narratives by integrating schedules with BIM models. You will play a key role in improving planning accuracy, construction sequencing, and stakeholder understanding through high?quality 4D simulations and visualisations. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain 4D planning models to support project planning and delivery Integrate Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent schedules with 3D BIM models Collaborate closely with project managers, planners, engineers, and BIM teams to align sequencing and methodology Produce 4D simulations and construction visualisations for tender support, stakeholder engagement, and live projects Monitor project progress and update 4D models to reflect programme and site changes Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling Practical expertise with 4D planning software such as Synchro, Navisworks, or similar Strong understanding of BIM processes, construction methodology, and sequencing Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams What’s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on technically challenging and high?profile projects Genuine career development and progression within digital construction Collaborative, forward-thinking working environment Hybrid working model Why Apply?
