Responsibilities
* Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to create therapeutic environments that optimise learning and living conditions for children and young people.
* Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualised interventions based on evaluation and formulation.
* Integrate occupational therapy seamlessly into educational and residential settings, ensuring well-rounded support.
* Offer consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential staff regarding our childrens needs.
* Engage with reflective practice, seek feedback, and champion ongoing professional development.
Key Qualifications and Traits
* Be a qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
* Proven experience in effective therapeutic interventions for young people with complex needs.
* Confidence in guiding and training teams to maintain clinically informed environments.
