Box Leisure Recruitment "The Cutting Edge of Leisure Careers" RESIDENTIAL PARK MAINTENANCE & GROUNDS TEAM MEMBER Residential Park | Herefordshire | Permanent | Full Time Salary: £28K Hours: Full Time | Permanent Accommodation available Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 4.00pm weekends as required Be part of the team for the daily operations of the Maintenance Team Assist the with any Maintenance & Development issues on the Parks Assist with the upkeep of all communal ground or areas of the Parks to a good standard To assist with any out of hours emergency if required To assist with any Park Home or Caravan movements To assist with the siting and commissioning requirements, within your skill sets To carry out any repairs, maintenance or development required within your skill sets, on Park MANDATORY RESPONSIBILITIES To attend all training as identified by the company in relation to the role. ISO Representatives: To attend ISO Representatives Meetings, be available for Auditing and to ensure the smooth running of the QMS. Managers regarding Health & Safety: To develop and implement Health & Safety procedures that comply with up-to-date legislation and ensure the same are clearly communicated, effectively monitored and regularly reviewed. Education & Qualifications Essential: None specified Desirable: Site or General Grounds Maintenance qualification Machinery or vehicle licences related to grounds or maintenance work Experience Essential: Working in grounds, building, or development maintenance Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Desirable: Experience within the caravan, residential park home, or leisure park industry Key Skills and requirements Essential: Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads Ability to work as part of a team or supervise a team Strong skills with confidence in own work Knowledge of best practice and Health & Safety policies within a caravan or residential park environment Personal Attributes Essential: Integrity Problem-solving approach to work Strong attention to detail Other Requirements Essential: Valid driving licence Ability to travel within the Herefordshire area or as required by the company Desirable: Willingness to work weekends if required Contact abbie@boxleisurerecruitment.co.uk
