Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Case Management Specialist role based in Crawley. The Case Management Specialist will manage a variety of cases to support our clients, field agents and recovery team, ensuring each case is progressed efficiently and in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, gathering and verifying documentation, maintaining accurate case records, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves providing clear updates to clients, escalating complex issues as needed, and supporting the development of tailored action plans for each case. The specialist will also contribute to process improvements, uphold strict confidentiality standards, and support reporting and compliance activities as required.


Qualifications

* Strong case management skills, including experience with Case Management and Case Management Services in commercial or public sector settings.
* Excellent communication skills, including clear written reporting, professional correspondence, and confident face‑to‑face and telephone communication.
* High level of attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
* Understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
* Proficiency with case management software and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office or equivalent).
* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a fast‑paced, on‑site environment in Crawley.
