We’re working with a leading main contractor who are delivering one of Cardiff’s most exciting landmark developments right in the heart of the city. As part of this long-term project, they are now looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to join their team.

The Role
As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll be supporting the Site Manager and wider team in the day-to-day running of site operations. This includes:
1. Assisting in the coordination and supervision of subcontractors and trades
2. Supporting the delivery of the project to programme, quality, and safety standards
3. Helping manage site logistics in a busy city centre environment
4. Building strong working relationships with stakeholders and the local community
5. Gaining hands-on experience with a project that will shape Cardiff’s skyline
What We’re Looking For
6. Previous experience in a site-based role within construction (ideally with a main contractor)
7. Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards
8. Excellent communication and organisational skills
9. Ambition to develop into a Site Manager role in the near future
