Based in, Havant, this part-time role (2530 hours per week) will support the Head of People in delivering consistent, high-quality HR advice and ensuring the practical application of employment law across the organisation. Reporting into the Head of People you will play a key role in resolving ER matters, supporting managers, and proactively identifying trends and themes to drive early intervention and positive outcomes. Some of your responsibilities will include: 1. Coaching and advising line managers on all aspects of employee relations, focusing on early resolution and restorative practice 2. Leading complex ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, performance, capability, absence and hearings 3. Monitoring and managing sickness and absence, overseeing Stage 13 meetings and driving a consistent approach
