The Role As a Senior M&E Services Manager, you will take the lead in shaping and delivering the building services strategy across a diverse and prestigious portfolio of projects. Bringing together technical precision and strategic oversight, youll produce robust, detailed commissioning programmes and oversee the end-to-end commissioning process, ensuring every service seamlessly integrates into the wider construction vision. Additionally, you will plan and co-ordinate all utility installations, acting as the central point of contact for statutory authorities and driving collaboration across internal departments to align with our Inter-Departmental Integration of Activities Schedule. About You To be considered as a Senior M&E Services Manager, you will need: - Significant experience leading MEP works on varied construction projects - Experience dealing with utility suppliers and managing installations - Extensive technical knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning and integration - Familiarity with CDP processes, contractual provisions, and cost plans - Proficiency with relevant IT systems and reporting tools - Qualifications appropriate to the role - The ability to obtain/maintain CSCS accreditation The closing date for this role is 15th August 2025.
