Why not join us as a Customer Services Assistant? We have two positions available, one full-time, working 37 hours per week and one part-time, working 22.5 hours per week (ideally 4.5 hours per day). As a Customer Services Assistant, you are the warm welcome to the College, you provide a responsive reception service and answer the calls that come through our switchboard, as well as assisting with other forms of communication such as LiveChat, email and WhatsApp. Our Customer Services Assistants work across all of our college campuses. Day to day duties of the role Provide all customers with an exemplary experience ensuring the college's reputation as an outstanding learning and training provider. Provide outstanding customer service to all callers, transferring calls efficiently to the most appropriate area / person within the College Group. Adjusting responses to ensure appropriateness for the whole College Group. Provide clerical support for the College Information Services team as requested. Required skills and qualifications Team player, committed to working effectively and supportively with others, both within the department and the wider college. Professional, warm and friendly manor with exceptional interpersonal skills. Exceptional organisational skills. Demonstrate a polite, effective and efficient phone manner. Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.
