The post holder will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, meeting patient needs with no direct supervision. Assist in managing clinical and satellite areas, implementing improvements from audits or clinical trials. Participate in staff and student education and development.
Main duties of the job
The post holder is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based patient care. Utilise clinical expertise throughout the peri-operative period. Provide skilled assistance in surgical care, and apply these skills in other theatre areas such as Anaesthetics, Recovery, X-Ray, and Obstetrics.
Welsh language skills are desirable; applicants speaking Welsh and/or English are equally welcome.
