Organisation Bristol Sport Salary up to £30,000pa Location Ashton Gate Stadium, Bristol Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 30 April 2026 Job Description Ashton Gate Stadium is a unique sports and entertainment business with the core aim of providing integral support services to ensure the sustainability of Lansdown’s sporting group of companies which includes Bristol Sport, Bristol City, Bristol Bears, Bristol Flyers Basketball and each of their respective community charities.
JOB PURPOSE
To lead on Ticketing operations in several areas including match/event setup, reporting and ticket fulfilment.
KEY OBJECTIVES
Oversee the creation and setup of matches, season tickets, memberships, and events for sale.
Complete reconciliation of ticket sales and present reports clearly and accurately to relevant stakeholders (including Finance and away teams).
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders such as the Head of Security, Head of Strategy, and visiting club ticket offices.
Handle ticket fulfilment for both home and away supporters, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both physical and digital processes.
Collaborate with Bristol City, Bristol Bears and Bristol Flyers on matchdays and experience.
Assist with turnstile operations (Fortress) and management on matchdays.
Collaborate with Marketing to create promotional codes and produce reports evaluating the success of related initiatives.
Support the Senior Ticketing Manager with departmental projects and day-to-day operational tasks.
Support the Senior Ticketing Manager in ticketing projects, ensuring work is delivered in a timely manner.
Provide guidance and assistance to the Supporter Services team when required.
Lead on staff training & upskilling with new ticketing features.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KPIs)
Successful creation of home and away matches, season tickets, memberships and events to ensure they go on sale on time and smoothly. Work closely with our Ticketing Provider.
Leading on matchday preparation for fixtures at Ashton Gate
To work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure they are supported in a timely manner and are provided with reports relating to their products
Work closely with our Ticketing provider to ensure we are utilising our system as best we can

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, including home match day evenings and weekends
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum
