Albert Bartlett, the UK’s leading supplier of potatoes, is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Packaging Artwork Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis.
In this role, you will be the key liaison managing the creation, approval, and maintenance of all packaging artwork to ensure brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery to market. As Packaging Artwork Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with marketing, production, and external suppliers to manage artwork schedules, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the packaging process. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all packaging materials meet quality standards and reflect the Albert Bartlett brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of packaging artwork creation, updates, and approvals.
* Liaise with marketing teams, regulatory bodies, and suppliers to ensure all artwork complies with company standards and legal requirements.
* Maintain an organised system for tracking artwork versions, approvals, and deadlines.
* Support the production team by ensuring timely delivery of approved artwork for packaging production schedules.
* Identify and implement process improvements to streamline artwork management workflows.
* Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address issues and resolve artwork-related queries promptly.
Requirements
* Proven experience in packaging artwork coordination or a similar role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Good understanding of branding and packaging compliance regulations.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and artwork management software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working on fixed-term contracts or temporary assignments is advantageous.
