Job Description
3. Lead M&A projects with a focus on technology and artificial intelligence, ensuring successful integration / separation strategies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align M&A activities with broader business goals.
5. Provide expert advice to clients on technology and AI trends impacting M&A strategies.
6. Develop and execute innovative approaches to complex challenges within the consultancy space.
7. Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
8. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
9. Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and frameworks within the strategy and change department.
10. Support business development activities by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities./
The Successful Applicant
A successful Consultant- M&A Tech & AI should have:
11. Strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions either in a recognised management consultancy OR a major acquistive corporate OR PE portfolio companies
12. Proven experience in technology and artificial intelligence as it relates to successful M&A.
13. Essential - strong commerical acument and able to write and understand complex financial analysis
14. Track record of advising CxO on ERP / Cloud / Data / AI through pressured M&A context
15. Excellent consultancy skills with a focus on delivering measurable results.
16. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
17. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in complex scenarios.
18. Familiarity with market trends and emerging technologies within technology
