With an established reputation for delivering high-end projects across a range of sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business delivering complex, design-led projects. The role is offers the opportunity to work closely with project teams while supporting the commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of high-end projects. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of projects while working closely with the Project Management team in a client-facing capacity. You will; Prepare and submit project valuations while supporting the preparation of monthly cost reports and final accounts Manage subcontractor procurement, documentation and account administration Review contract documentation and provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams Assess and price variations while identifying commercial risks and opportunities Support value engineering and cost control to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably What's in it for you; Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Limited travel while still working on exciting projects Early finish on a Friday Unique and exciting projects and great project pipeline Long-term career progression within a growing specialist contractor The Ideal Candidate; Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and subcontractor accounts Confident reviewing technical documentation, drawings and contract details Full details will be discussed upon application.
