ABOUT THE ROLE
In your role as Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of all activities related to the fulfilment of assigned customer orders for our aircraft passenger seats, from when a programme is assigned until the execution of the programme and with your contributions, will help us achieve on time performance, maintain quality, cost and weight to achieve our targets.
Taking ownership of the process, you will support other lines of business in ensuring completion of our programmes/products.
IN YOUR ROLE AS OUR PROGRAMME MANAGER, YOU WILL:
* Coordinate and establish the framework and conditions for all activities related to the fulfilment of assigned customer orders for our aircraft passenger seats.
* Manage all aspects of the programme(s), including performance, cost, quality and lead-time aspects.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timelines and activities are met efficiently.
* Present regular updates to the executive team via presentations and effective communication channels.
* Ensure the smooth execution of all programs start to finish.
ABOUT YOU

* Experience of project or programme management within either a manufacturing or engineering environment (a minimum of 3 years’ required).
* Experience in managing quality processes within an NPI environment.
* A good understanding of and experience with project planning software (e.g. MS Project).
Desirable:
* Ideally from an Aerospace cabin/seating background but not essential.
* 3rd level qualification in an Engineering based subject
Personal skills / attributes:
* The ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* A high level of organisational and prioritisation skills.
