How will you make an impact?
Working as part of the Purdey Marketing Team and based in the Purdey Royal Berkshire Shooting School, the Marketing & Communications Executive will play a vital role in driving customer engagement through marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include managing Digital Marcomms campaigns, direct communication via client databases, and sourcing new business locally and nationally. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, client-focused, and eager to drive sales through strategic marketing initiatives.
This includes the following activities:
* Manage digital campaigns: content creation, scheduling, and deployment.
* Design and develop digital content aligned with Purdey branding.
* Maintain the email marketing calendar, manage drop dates, and plan targeted campaigns.
* Use data analysis and optimization to improve campaign performance.
* Grow audience and client base through direct communication and targeted initiatives.
* Manage social media channels to increase following and promote PRB offerings, including community management and engagement.
* Generate reports to track performance and provide recommendations.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment across platforms.
* Assist with day-to-day administration of the Marketing & Events department as needed.
How will you experience success with us?
* Proven experience in marketing and communications, including email marketing.
* Experience managing digital campaigns and online communities, luxury brand experience preferred.
* Graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
* Proficiency with digital media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Analytics) and MS Office.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong project management skills.
* Client-centric with proactive outreach skills.
