Responsibilities

* Modernising ticketing operations – mapping existing workflows and designing a centralised, API‑driven manifest creation system supported by clear SOPs and best practices across teams and partners.
* Building a unified data and reporting ecosystem – developing a data warehouse and intuitive dashboards that surface real‑time insights, enable self‑service reporting, and inform strategic decisions.
* Delivering innovative profit‑optimisation tools – leading the creation of a collaborative 3D venue manifest platform and related applications that help promoters and internal teams maximise revenue.
* Collaborating with key stakeholders and partners – acting as the technical bridge between ticketing providers, internal departments, and senior leadership to align goals and drive transformation.
* Overseeing project delivery and governance – managing timelines, budgets, and risks using agile principles while ensuring compliance with data privacy standards (GDPR).


Qualifications

* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
* Proficiency in data modelling, SQL, and ETL concepts with experience in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) and API integration using modern web technologies.
* Confidence working with large datasets and translating complex ticketing data into clear, actionable insights.
* Strong ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders alike and coordinate effectively across teams and partners.
* A creative, solutions‑focused approach – enthusiasm for innovation, particularly in visualising venue layouts and exploring new ways to optimise revenue.
