Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? You are responsible for coordinating delivery across your assigned projects, ensuring all safety, commercial, and operational elements meet both client and business expectations. You must ensure safe working practices are followed and support the completion of RAMS and CPPs. Financial duties include invoice creation, PO support, and logistics/store quotation assistance. Delivery tasks involve managing daily whereabouts, permits, job packs, safe digs/ZOIs, system updates, PIA (NOIs, whereabouts, Sabor), DFE processing, access, scheduling, and booking of stores and equipment. You also support project delivery through other reasonable duties. Team responsibilities include attending 1:1s and meetings, driving improvements, completing training, and ensuring accurate time booking via FSL within required timeframes. What youll bring? Experience in project support, administration, or coordination is desirable but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially Excel, is required. Financial awareness and cost/sales tracking are beneficial. The role demands high accuracy, efficiency, and organisation, strong communication and customer service skills, quick learning of systems and processes, and the ability to multitask.
