Play a central role in delivering large-scale planning applications across the South West. Projects include garden communities, brownfield regeneration, and strategic land.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide technical oversight across planning applications, appeals, site appraisals, and environmental assessments
* Lead on due diligence, feasibility studies, and risk management for major development projects
* Work collaboratively with directors and senior planners to shape project strategy and client deliverables
* Act as a key point of contact for technical guidance both internally and externally
* Mentor junior team members and support their professional development
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of planning legislation, environmental policy, and technical innovations
About You
* Degree-qualified and MRTPI chartered
* 5–7 years’ experience in planning consultancy or private sector
* Ability to manage multiple client relationships
* Technically confident with strong leadership skills
