Customer Service Assistant
This Client is seeking extremely enthusiastic individuals to join their growing Contact Centre to help with the large volume of incoming calls, emails and web chat messages. They are currently recruiting on a temp to perm basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to gain customer service experience or enhance their experience. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
inbound calls
necessary outbound calls and responding to voicemails
to web chats in a timely fashion
to emails
document any discussions on the system
an exceptional level customer service
to different caller scenarios and challenges
a positive and friendly service
Skills and Experience:
communication skills – written, verbal and listening
to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure if necessary
to naturally solve problems
