As Clinical Deputy Manager of Leonard Lodge care home, you will support the delivery of the quality care we’re known for. Working closely with the General Manager and stepping into leadership duties in their absence, you will help with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team. You will inspire a multidisciplinary team to help every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life. This includes leading by example, monitoring standards through regular audits, supervising clinical practice, and checking regulatory compliance. You will set the highest standards and develop strategies that help achieve your goals.
About You
You must be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. Experience helping residents with diverse health needs, managing safeguarding investigations, and conducting clinical risk assessments is essential. We also look for HR experience, a strong understanding of sales and marketing, budget management skills, and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship. You should be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in an engaging and energetic environment.
