ARO Dent Repair offer mobile Paintless dent removal services to clients accross Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Kent and some London/Surrey postcodes. We receive tons of enquires for paint repair and so we are looking to take on a car body painter to cover the same area.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Car Painter at ARO Dent Repair. The Car Painter will be responsible for painting vehicles, repairing dents, scratches, and other damage. Daily tasks include preparing surfaces, mixing paint, applying paint, and ensuring a high-quality finish that matches the original color and texture of the vehicle. The candidate will work under the ARO brand but will be self employed and therefore able to continue to take on their own private work should they wish, however ARO jobs will take priority. This is the ideal role for someone wanting the freedom of self employment without the risk of generating their own leads and bookings. The candidate will be expected to provide their own van and tools. The candidate will keep the majority of the repair cost themselves with ARO only retaining a cut for the lead generation & booking process.
Qualifications
* Experience in automotive painting, color matching, and surface preparation
* Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
* Certification in automotive painting or related field is a plus
* Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various positions
