The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Machinist / Toolmaker to join a growing team. This is a dynamic and varied role within a small, close-knit team, supporting a range of exciting new customer programmes and contributing directly to the continued growth and success of the business. You’ll work across diverse tooling projects from concept through to completion, playing a key part in delivering the quality and reliability our customers depend on.
Key Responsibilities
CNC and manual machining (milling, turning, grinding, EDM) to high precision.
Tool assembly, fitting, and bench work to final tolerance.
Reading and interpreting 3D CAD drawings and technical documentation.
Working closely with project engineers to meet quality and delivery requirements.
Supporting new and ongoing customer programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
About You
Time-served Toolmaker or Precision Machinist.
Experience in injection mould tooling or similar precision engineering environment.
Previous toolmaking experience would be a strong advantage and will be highly valued.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing top-quality work.
Confident working both independently and as part of a small team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
