Service Desk Team Lead - 12 Month FTC - Solihull
Spinks have partnered with a global leader in the veterinary health care space who are looking to bolster their central services support team with a seasoned Service Desk Team Leader. This role will initially be a 12 Month FTC, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a service desk role, and 2+ years' in a lead position, as you'll be looking after the existing team of 12 support analysts. In addition to this, you will be responsible for the coaching & development of team members, and have experience in ITSM.
