Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Southern Sales person to lead and manage our dealer network across the Midlands region. The ideal candidate will have exceptional B2B sales expertise and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. The role involves driving a commercial vehicle, traveling, and demonstrating our products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers within the South area, currently 6 major distributors.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and market presence.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support business growth.
* Represent i-team at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our brand and solutions.
Qualifications:
* Proven B2B sales experience with strong organizational and self-motivation skills.
* Experience working with dealer networks and managing client relationships.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* In-depth knowledge of the Southern market.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel at short notice, including overnight and international travel.
* Experience selling commercial cleaning equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
