The temporary Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing excellent service and support to customers and acting as support team member to the broader External Contracting Team.

This role requires a versatile individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, who can assist customers with a wide range of inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, adaptable, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.

As Customer Service Generalist, your key responsibilities will include:

· Customer Service – the key responsibility for this role is regularly answering customer calls, managing the customer’s expectations and passing them on to the relevant people.

* · Assist Compliance Team in compiling evidence

* · Fielding calls and taking messages for the wider business

* · Support the office team with administration duties as required

* · Contact Residents via phone and email to schedule their work

* · Process deposits through online portal

* · Maintain and update tracker spreadsheets

* · Provide administration and customer services support to the senior Planner

Skills & experience:

* · Assist Team with admin duties

* · Provide excellent customer service

* · Excellent communication both written and verbal

* · Strong attention to detail

* · Good Team player
