Make outbound and receive inbound calls to our SKN and Harley Medical Group patients to assist with enquiries about aesthetic treatments.
Deliver an outstanding patient experience while identifying opportunities to help our patients with their personal goals.
The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner
Excellent rapport building and communication skills with the ability to overcome objections
