Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Job Duties:
* Supporting teachers in the delivery of educational programmes
* Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
* Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
* Helping to create and maintain a positive learning environment
* Participating in meetings with teaching staff and parents as required
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
* Relevant teaching assistant qualification
Education:
* Minimum of GCSE level education
Experience:
* Prior experience working in a similar role within an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of classroom dynamics and student behaviour management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional qualifications in specific subject areas
* First aid training
Working Conditions:
* Working hours: Full-Time
* Contractual role based in Erith
* Regular interaction with students, teachers, and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
