Growth Lead - Environmental, Social and Governance SaaS Tech
Permanent based Glasgow City Centre
Hybrid Model of up to 4 days in-office
FPSG seek an ambitious and commercially-minded Growth Lead to join a fast-growing ESG and climate tech startup. This company has recently launched a cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS data collection, analysis and reporting platform and is now scaling its commercial operations.
Responsibilities
* Leading outbound sales efforts, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
* Managing marketing and content creation, including thought leadership, social media, press releases.
* Engaging with customers to drive uptake and support on-boarding.
* Supporting fundraising activities, including investor outreach and pitch deck development.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups or customer facing consulting.
* A successful track record in outbound sales, cold outreach and in person engagement in a senior B2B context.
* A proven ability in building relationships and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
* Confident in C-suite presentations.
* Demonstrable understanding of key Business Logic related to Climate, Sustainability & Environmental factors.
* Demonstrable understanding of key Tech features such as AI Impact and SaaS platforms.
* Taking initiative and contributing across multiple business functions.
Onsite Requirement
This role will regularly require you to be onsite 4 days a week, engaged directly with the CEO, Founders and Associates; therefore, a reasonable commutable domicile from Glasgow is expected.
It is essential to have proven experience in B2B outbound sales and commercial strategy.
