* Significant experience in Commercial Litigation at Partner level, with a track record of managing and developing teams
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team
* Expertise in handling complex, high-value disputes across a range of sectors
* Exceptional client management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
* A proactive, entrepreneurial approach, with a passion for driving growth and innovation within the department
