The Role
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
Build strong relationships with existing members to ensure retention and promote upgrades
Represent the organisation at networking events, seminars, and conferences
Work closely with internal teams to deliver a high‑quality service
Use social media to engage audiences and promote the brand
Start each day in the Hatfield office before attending external meetings
Travel across Hertfordshire is required
Flexibility to attend early‑morning or evening events (with TOIL provided)

About You
Proven experience in B2B business development or sales
Excellent networking and relationship‑building skills
Self‑motivated, target‑driven,and comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Professional personal brand and high standards
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
Confident using CRM systems and social media platforms
