We seek individuals with a professional background in Occupational Therapy interested in occupational rehabilitation in Parramatta, NSW.
This role offers flexibility and autonomy, supported by a dedicated healthcare team and global resources. You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with physical and psychological conditions, helping them return to health and work.
Your duties include:
* Case management with support from Rehabilitation Assistants to handle administrative tasks
* Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes
* Developing injury prevention and workplace education programs with employers and employees
* Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and healthcare professionals
* Working across schemes like workers compensation, third-party, life insurance, and others
* Conducting assessments such as initial, workplace, and vocational assessments to support diagnosis, treatment, and employment opportunities

Ideal candidates will have:
* A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA
* Experience in occupational rehabilitation is preferred
* Excellent communication skills

* A current NSW Driver’s License and access to a vehicle with comprehensive insurance
