Description
We are seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to play a pivotal role in driving strategic change across our Finance function. This role is responsible for modernising finance processes, systems, and capabilities to ensure strong alignment with business objectives, improved operational efficiency, and accelerated digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
* Develop and execute a comprehensive finance transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and long-term business goals.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritise opportunities for process improvement, standardisation, and automation across Finance and adjacent functions.
Programme & Change Management
* Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, including project planning, delivery, change management, and benefits realisation.
* Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver transformation projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Embed robust governance and reporting to track progress and outcomes.
Process Optimisation
* Redesign and optimise core finance processes (including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report) to enhance efficiency, accuracy, control, and compliance.
* Implement best-in-class approaches to financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Technology Enablement
* Drive the adoption of digital finance solutions, including ERP platforms, RPA, AI, and advanced analytics tools.
* Work closely with IT to ensure successful system implementations, integrations, and ongoing optimisation.
People & Culture
* Lead organisational change initiatives through effective stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the Finance team.
* Provide leadership, coaching, and development to build a high-performing, values-driven team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Significant experience in Finance, with and particularly within in finance transformation or change leadership roles.
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale finance transformation programmes.
* Hands-on experience with ERP implementations and process automation technologies.
* Experience within a consulting environment or global organisation is desirable.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of finance operating models, shared services, and digital finance solutions.
* Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
* Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
