What You Will Do as a Cover Supervisor
* Deliver pre‑prepared lessons to students in the absence of the class teacher
* Manage behaviour confidently and maintain a productive learning atmosphere
* Support pupils with their work and encourage participation
* Supervise a variety of subjects across KS3 and KS4
* Ensure continuity of learning in line with the school’s expectations
* Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and engagement
You do not need teaching qualifications — full support and mentoring are provided.
