Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a Smart Metering Customer Side Leakage (CSL) Agent to join the Water Service Delivery team at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers.

About: We offer a competitive salary, depending on experience £25,524 - £30,331, annual incentive related bonus, attractive pension scheme, development opportunities, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance cover, and a great benefits package.

Location: Buttershaw / Hybrid Working (1-2 days office a week - Bradford), Work type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Here in Yorkshire, we make sure that over 5.4 million people living in the region and the millions of people who visit our region each year, can rely on our services, and have clean and safe drinking water on tap and that their wastewater is taken away.

Role Responsibilities: The role involves supporting the team's leakage reduction targets by contacting customers identified through smart meter data as having continuous flow issues, collaborating with the Operational Contact Centre and Loop to ensure a seamless customer journey, tracking and monitoring affected meters until the issue is resolved, and raising Section 75s if necessary.

Where You Fit In: As our Smart Metering Customer Side Leakage (CSL) Agent, you will support the team's leakage reduction target, work with the Operational Contact Centre and Loop, track and monitor meters, raise Section 75's if necessary, build effective working relationships, administer the smart metering mailbox, and be the main point of contact for any smart metering queries.

* Support the team's leakage reduction target by contacting customers who have been identified as having a continuous flow through smart meter data.
* Work with the Operational Contact Centre and Loop to ensure a seamless customer journey.
* Track and monitor the meters that have been identified as having continuous flow through to fix.
* Raising Section 75's if necessary.
* Build effective working relationships with a range of colleagues both internal and external.
* Administer the smart metering mailbox providing support to customers.
* Be the main point of contact for any smart metering queries from customers, colleagues or suppliers.

What Skills & Qualifications You Will Need: Customer service experience, experience of using your own initiative to problem resolve, able to build effective working relations, good attention to detail, confident in using own initiative and have an investigatory nature, and well organised with good time management skills.

You Will Also Benefit From Having: Understanding of Leakage, working knowledge of Yorbil, ICE, SAP, experience of working in a regulated environment, experience of smart metering or metering, and negotiation skills.
