A leading education recruitment agency is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to support pupils in primary schools in Kettering. About the role:
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils
* Assist class teachers with lesson delivery and preparation
* Support pupils with additional learning or emotional needs
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in line with school policies

About you:
* Caring, patient, and enthusiastic in your approach
* Committed to supporting children and young people
* A confident communicator who works well within a team
* Holds GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above), or equivalent
* Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
