As a Business Coordinator developing the ability to build strong customer relationships and stay attuned to their needs is key. This includes responding to enquiries with well-prepared quotations and negotiating effectively to secure orders that are both commercially viable and operationally feasible. When required, the role also involves supporting the processing of sales orders and handling post-sale communications, including information requests and resolving customer concerns.
