This is a permanent role in Leeds working on a hybrid pattern, 3 days a week in office.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leaders, providing data-driven insights to enhance business performance.
· Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
· Analyse financial trends, risks, and opportunities—translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
· Support business growth by delivering financial models, scenario analyses, and profitability insights.
Data Analysis & Reporting
· Leverage Excel and Power BI to create dynamic financial models, reports, and dashboards.
· Analyse large datasets to identify trends, ensuring accuracy and relevance in decision-making.
· Continuously refine financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and impact.
Stakeholder Engagement
· Build strong relationships across the organisation, fostering a culture of financial awareness and accountability.
· Communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders, empowering them with valuable insights.
· Support senior leadership with compelling financial presentations and recommendations.
Management & Financial Accounting
· Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and oversee financial reporting processes.
· Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Maintain oversight of function spend, cost control, and financial discipline across the business.
· Partner with head office teams to produce comprehensive financial reports and ensure seamless data flow.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
· Identify opportunities to enhance financial systems, controls, and processes.
· Stay ahead of industry trends, evolving accounting standards, and best practices—implementing changes where needed.
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
Proven finance business partnering experience, with a strong commercial mindset.
Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, financial modelling).
Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
A self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a wider global finance team.
