The Senior Talent Development Specialist is responsible for the design and delivery of comprehensive training courses and materials aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of colleagues. This role involves identifying the development needs of colleagues and designing, creating, and facilitating engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars, using various teaching methods and techniques. The Senior Talent Development Specialist will work closely with Talent Development colleagues and managers to ensure the effective implementation of the Talent Development Strategy and interventions across the organisation. Additionally, the Senior Trainer Development Specialist will design and develop evaluation processes and mechanisms within the learning approach, in order to assess the effectiveness of learning materials, workshops and programmes, and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organisational goals.
