Responsibilities
* Your Role: As a member of our Belfast‑based delivery team, you will be a central figure in the entire lifecycle of our client engagements, from initial design to final implementation of cutting‑edge EPM and ERP solutions.
* Solution Design & Implementation: Conduct deep‑dive analyses of complex client requirements through virtual workshops and process mapping sessions; translate needs into robust, scalable, best‑practice‑aligned solution designs; configure leading cloud applications (Oracle EPM/ERP, OneStream, Workday, etc.), build financial models, develop integration workflows, and create sophisticated reports and dashboards.
* Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong, trust‑based relationships; lead virtual workshops, facilitate regular project check‑ins, and maintain proactive communication channels to become a trusted advisor.
* Project Delivery: Manage assigned workstreams autonomously, ensuring planning, execution, and delivery of high‑quality outcomes on time and within budget; report status, identify risks, resolve issues; mentor junior team members and lead larger project streams as experience grows.
* Onsite Engagement: Travel to client sites across Europe periodically for critical milestones, including kick‑off meetings, intensive design workshops, and on‑site support during go‑live phases.
Qualifications
* Experience: 2–10 years of hands‑on, end‑to‑end project experience in consulting and implementing EPM or ERP cloud solutions, covering all phases from requirements gathering to deployment.
* Essential Background: Background in a Big 4, Accenture, or another top‑tier consulting firm highly desirable; familiarity with structured delivery methodologies and fast‑paced environments.
* Technical Expertise: In‑depth experience with leading cloud platforms: Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, HFM, FCCS), OneStream, Tagetik, Anaplan (EPM); Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials, SCM), Workday Financials, SAP S/4HANA Cloud (ERP).
* Business Analysis Skills: Skilled in business requirement gathering, system configuration, data modelling, and process mapping.
* Remote Work Ethic: Highly self‑motivated, disciplined, organized with the ability to manage time and priorities without direct supervision; excellent proactive communicator in a hybrid team environment.
* Client‑Facing Skills: Outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to articulate complex technical and functional ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
* Languages: Fluency in English essential; professional proficiency in another European language (German, French, Spanish, Dutch) desirable.
