As a Retail Furniture Sales Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in helping customers create their dream homes by understanding their needs and guiding them through their furniture selections.
Compensation: Enjoy a competitive earning potential ranging from $55,000 to $100,000+ per year. In 2024, our Sales Consultants earned an average of $82,000 nationally!
Schedule: Our stores are open from 10 am – 7 pm Monday to Saturday and 12 pm – 6 pm on Sundays, so flexibility is key!

What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer communications.
* A positive, engaging personality with a creative flair.
* Proficiency in resolving customer objections and ensuring satisfaction.
* Familiarity with various furniture styles is a plus, but not required.
* Basic computer skills, including email; knowledge of MS Office and tablet/iPad operation is preferred.
* Relevant experience is a bonus, but we welcome all applicants!
* A college education is preferred; a High School diploma or GED is required.
* Interior Design experience is highly desired.
