Temporary Reception & Admin Assistant - 16th June to 1st July
Location: Wickham Bishops, Essex
Working days: Monday to Friday | 8am-5.15pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Duration: Monday 16th June - Tuesday 1st July (inclusive)
Temporary Cover Role
We are currently seeking a confident and proactive Temporary Reception & Admin Assistant to provide essential front desk and administrative support during a short-term holiday cover period.
You'll be the first point of contact in a professional office environment, so we're looking for someone reliable, well-organised, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Monitoring and managing emails via Outlook
Managing and updating the diary/calendar as needed
Using Word and Excel to update documents and spreadsheets
Ordering office and site supplies online (mainly via Amazon)
Providing general admin support as required
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, confident, and able to work unsupervised
Previous experience in a front-desk or administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Highly organised with great attention to detail
